Chef and business owner, Sukhi Singh, charmed her audience Thursday, August 26th at Macy’s cellar in downtown San Francisco. Customers old and new visited the basement for a midday lunch break. Eager tasters sampled Sukhi’s cocktail potato samosas dipped in her signature cilantro chutney. In addition, they tried dishes prepared throughout the presentation, including Chicken Curry, Sweet & Sour Garbanzo beans and Madras Cabbage and Potatoes. Using her line of one step cooking sauces to create authentic meals, Sukhi convinced the food savvy crowd that preparing Indian food at home does not entail intensive work.
